One 50-minute session dedicated to creating clarity and action-steps to address a specific challenge or issue. 

A Clarity & Action Session is a great way to gain perspective and insight to help resolve an outstanding challenge that is complex or highly nuanced.  

  • Via phone, Skype, or Zoom. 
  • 1 week of unlimited email access following the session. 
  • Email summary detailing the issue/challenge, our discussion, and suggested action steps. 
  • Audio/video file of session.

Option 2: Skill & Strategy Expansion

Four 50-minute sessions focused on effectively addressing a recurring leadership issue or set of challenges. Sessions may be dedicated to expanding awareness, developing skills, and implementing personalized strategies.  

Skill & Strategy Expansion offers those in positions of authority a great opportunity to learn more about themselves as a leader and their unique strengths.  

  • Sessions are conducted over one month.
  • In-person meetings (if within 30 miles) otherwise via phone, Skype, or Zoom.
  • Unlimited email access throughout coaching period. 
  • At conclusions, written report detailing the issue, action steps, and plan for further growth.
  • Recordings of all session.

Option 3: Leadership Renewal

Ten 50-minute sessions dedicated to looking shifting an individual's perception and experience of what it means to be a leader. Focus is on using a strength-based approach to developing the individual's skills and self-image as a positive agent of change.  

Sessions will focus on discovering the individual's own leadership profile. In addition, the leader will gain greater insight into the understanding and shaping the organization's/group's own behavior dynamics. 

Leadership Renewal will help the individual reinvent themselves as a leader by breaking free of blind spots, expanding mindset, and leaving behind outdated assumptions about themselves and who they are as a leader.  

  • Sessions are conducted over 3 months.
  • In-person meetings (if within 30 miles) otherwise via phone, Skype, or Zoom.
  • Unlimited email access throughout coaching period. 
  • At conclusions, written report detailing the individual's leadership profile, key action steps, and plan for further growth.
  • Recordings of all session.
